The story on this upper is it supposedly came out of Bragg from a SF unit, but I have no way of knowing for sure. The upper receiver has been swapped for a new one since it was in such rough shape (I still have the old one) Savannah marked RIS II rail, Tango down stubby grip, and surefire 4 prong flash hider. Dont have a bolt for it unfortunately.
