Our office was completely renovated in 2017, with new flooring, finishes, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The Harrison Binder Building (107 1st Ave. NW, Mandan) is home to Revive Law Group, Boughey Law Firm, and Tower Hill Management. We currently have 3 offices available. Office 202, with the decorative ceiling, is 145 sq. ft. Office 205, which is currently furnished, is 142 sq. ft. It has the option to be rented furnished or unfurnished. Office 213 is a corner office at 143 sq. ft. (RENTED). Each office has a keypad for secure access. The building is also secured, with a keypad for entry.

We are offering a full service lease with a minimum 6-month term, and rent ranges from $500-$600 per month. This covers all utilities, as well as internet service. Weekly cleaning is also included. You will also have the option to utilize our common areas, including conference rooms and break room. There is a restroom on the same floor as the available offices. Unlimited free parking is available approximately a block north and south of the building, as well as 90-minute parking in front of the building.
