Exterior features: Slant dividers, drop down windows on all 4 fronts, sliders on rear. Escape door on first stall and walk through to living quarters. 4 tier swing out saddle rack in collapsible rear tack. Solid floor under mats in horse area. Ladder and hay rack. No generator. Tires have around 2,000 miles on them. Electric jack.

Interior features: Fireplace with heat, TV, stovetop, sink, stereo, dinette couch that folds down to make a bed, fridge with freezer, furnace, AC, lots of storage throughout. Just sent to dealership and did a full run through on everything so it is completely ready to go down the road. AC blows cold, furnace and fireplace blow hot. New hot water heater. Slide out rollers replaced for smooth slide in and out. New plumbing underneath for holding tanks. New trailer wiring plug. All lights updated and working. Two brand new batteries under nose. Winterized currently.

Has salvage title due to hail on roof and side of the trailer.
