$30+/hr if you come to the table having experience with:

- mixing custom colors

- know proper joint design for caulking beads

- know proper sealant for substrates

- know proper substrate preparation techniques

- have experience applying either fluid applied or sheet waterproofing/air barriers.

- be able to efficiently lead crews in Joint Sealant and Waterproofing/Air Barriers

Experienced Caulkers/Firestoppers & Waterproofers/Fuid Applied Air Barrier Installers

Looking to add experienced Caulkers/Firestoppers/Waterproofers & Fluid Applied Air Barrier Installers to the regions oldest & largest Caulking/Firestopping/Waterproofing roster.

Starting wage is dependent on experience.

Must be able to:

-work 40~45+ hrs per week

-drivers license is preferred but not necessary

-have reliable transportation to work in the morning

-occasionally stay out of town overnight
