NE of Sec. 2, Twp. 136N., Rge. 59W., of the 5th P.M., consisting of 316.43 acres, more or less, and shall be mailed to Kimberly J. Radermacher, Attorney-at-Law, at 314 1st St. S., Ellendale, ND 58436, or dropped off at her office on the 2nd floor of the Dickey County Courthouse, 309 2nd St. N., Ellendale, ND, on or before Friday, February 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. ONLY THE TOP 3 BIDDERS WILL BE INVITED TO ORALLY RAISE THEIR BIDS, WHICH WILL BE ARRANGED AFTER THE OPENING OF THE SEALED BIDS HAS BEEN CONCLUDED. The terms of sale shall be 10% down at the time of the bid acceptance. The balance shall be paid in full within thirty (30) days from the date of the sale. Financing must be arranged before bidding.
