We have a few steers available that are ready for butcher dates. We can help with that if needed/wanted, all you have to do is pick your choice of cuts.

If you are concerned about healthy eating you won't find anything cleaner than what we have. From birth to processing they are as clean as God created them to be. Our steers are smaller framed, they finish out around 1100 pounds which allows those who want all the cuts to get them instead of purchasing a 1/4 or 1/2 and getting limited numbers of each cut.
