These are brand new over $300 saddlebags with all the mounting hardware and turn signal relocation kit. Ordered for a Sportster but never installed. Can be over the fender or hard mounted. Have shock cutout so they should fit most bikes with fender struts and external rear shocks. These are lockable with keys provided.
