Duties:

Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our hotel management system.

Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate.

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.

Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls in a professional manner.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.

Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity with hotel management systems is an asset.

Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
