1994 Crestliner nighthawk 1640 DLX w/ 40hp

For sale is a 94 crestliner nighthawk in pretty good condition for its age. Has a 40hp Johnson that runs good but it needs a new valve for the tilt assist or convert it to power trim/tilt.
